And what about this?

According to researcher M.Herrera, highest low ever recorded in N.Hemisphere during December.

We had very light flurries for about 20 minutes today. I wasn't expecting them until I saw a tweet about it around 11 this morning. Temperatures haven't gotten out of the mid 30s (1C) today, which is about 20F (11C) below normal. It's also been overcast the past 24 hours or so. I like it!

None of those indicators signify big heat for Florida. Aleutian low -AO -NAO +PNA would translate to western warmth and cold conditions for the eastern 2/3rds. Of course Florida is far south enough that it may not get affected by it.

But first cold this week then a brief warm up next week

By the holidays things look mighty cold for the eastern 2/3rds

I just can't buy cold weather this winter unless the upper levels really change. Last Jan was the first colder month we have had since 2010. I would be shocked to see another cold Jan. But if that high well to my east can move away then maybe there is a chance if everything sets up right to allow digging down from the north. Nothing make me more happy to see a active Jan with change every 3 days and heavy rain and cold. Trust me, i am praying for it.

I made plenty of cents jack. The guy told us i would see tons of rain on Friday nite on here, he post was removed as he called me names and my reply was removed. He said over the next 5 days i would see tons of rain and well that never did happen. Sat was dry, Sun was dry and Mon was dry and no rain during the day today. Even you can understand that.

I said i would be lucky to get .30" and by God i got .28". So he was wrong and i was right and he is nowhere to be seen.

Go back to Sat and Sun and read my post and AJ's so maybe it will help you make cents of it.

It has much more rain and cooler weather than i do in the summer when i am stuck a reverse west windflow. At least they get a breeze and have great fishing offshore and deep water within 2 miles. Unlike i gotta run 80 miles to get in 230ft.

This is false.

Congrats on being "right" about the rain.

We haven’t had substantial precipitation since June of 2018.
Southern Indiana has had excessive precipitation in 2018. 66.00'' an counting. I prefer more cold and snow with less precipitation than that.
