High was 47F at both MDW, and IKK, 45F at ORD. Good deal of sunshine today.

Absolutely pitiful

And btw, that is O'Hare data, but the winter of 1906-07 was recorded on the lakeshore. The winter of 1936-37 at the University of Chicago

Welcome to the soon-to-be tropical savanna climate of central Florida; I hope you enjoy the new climate.

Felt like April today; temp over-achieved getting up to 78F... Nearly reached the previous daily record of 79F.

A front is coming thru. Tomorrow's forecast high is 58F which is near normal.

We've had quite a run of cloudy weather since mid October. Quite dull and depressing. At least if there was some damn snow on the ground it would brighten up the environment.

Winter is lurking...

Summers are the same since the 70's other than the pattern from a southeast windflow to a reverse west windflow. We used to see a high in the 40's at least one time a winter just about. 2010 had many days with highs in the 40's. I will have to dig back in my records and see when my last 40's high was.

We had a freaky Apr high in the 50's back around 2013 or so. I think last Jan we saw a high around 51f. Kinda early to call it yet, but last Jan was much colder and wetter. I knew El Nino would be a dud bud.
