[quote=nei;51711305]and for Amherst; this April stands out. How long will take for buds?!

April 2018 in Amherst doesn't look like April. More days below 50°F than above

2017 had a colder start and some chilly late April days but lots of warmth mixed in

here's the weekend of April 22-23. Only a few buds

Looks like a fun road to take my Corvette around 160 mph on.

I was looking at my temp map this morning and glanced over the Arizona and saw Phoenix in the 70s before 7am and said to myself the same thing. Nuts. Its a warm morning here in the 50s. Feels nice though. First time since Fall. 0.10" of rain overnight. Still drizzling.

Nice day across Alberta yesterday. Reached 20.4°C at the Edmonton airport--first time above 20°C since October 17th. Lots of places in the 70s Fahrenheit in southern Alberta. Warmest I found was 23.5°C/74°F in Lethbridge.

Forecasts still showing possible 80s for southern Alberta on Saturday, mid 70s around Edmonton.

In a perfect world it wouldn't rain during the day. I wish it could just rain at night.

Dreary day today. Temp 53°

^^

Yeah I think this warm shot for the Midwest/East is transient with cooler temps coming back as we head into May. Likely a trifecta for spring here. All three months will be below average.

But CFS latest runs seem to be very warm across much of the country. IDK
