Sorry, it has been mostly above average the last 5 years. There are people who only post when it's below average like rpvan for example. So, I don't know what you problem is.

I only post when it's above average in summer and below average at any other time of year.
That winter was mixed here. December started warm and dry, then turned cool and wet in the middle, then finished warm and dry again; and January and February were warm and dry

Las Vegas did indeed get snow all over the metro that December, I remember seeing photos online of the snow covered strip. Just rained that day here in Phoenix. It was 12/18/08
