There is a chance of a snow showers on Sunday, so maybe we'll have a bit on the ground for Christmas.

1pmEST Map.. Sun & 80s in Florida. Snow and 10s in Maine.

Close up of New England today. Areas and mountains getting hammered with snow right now. Expecting 6-10" in many spots. Looks like a wall at the MA border. lol

More importantly, 41°F in Dallas with 30'sF just to the west while 80°F in Houston, that's a tight gradient for that area, their normal highs only differ by like 7°F today

Just also noticed 45°F in Austin, 71°F in San Antonio; both those places have the same normal high pretty much, so that seems to be where the front is

You can pretty much follow where the front is up to the Northeast just by looking at temps. Though Texas is obviously the most extreme.

Also a fairly sharp gradient in central Indiana right now.

Absolutely getting hammered with snow here right now....started out light around 7 this morning but over the last few hours it has picked up dramatically. Just came back from running errands - roads are a disaster, and all the tourists are coming up for the holiday. Hopefully they will slow down and take it easy. The skiing will be fantastic. I think we easily have 4" already, if not more.
