I was just checking the data, and OKC didn't set a record high in all of 2019. The last time before that that they went a year without setting a record high was in 1994. On March 26, 2020, they hit a daily record of 92F/33C, breaking a 21-month-long streak of no record highs.

Nashville, TN has set at least one daily record high in every month except July and August in the past four years (since 2016).

2019 had 17 daily record highs, and even a monthly record high for October. (by 5 F / 3 C!) Notably, 11 of the 26 days between September 10 and October 5 were daily record highs.

Let's look at them:

January 8 - 71 F / 22 C
February 5 - 73 F / 23 C
February 7 - 78 F / 26 C
May 23 - 91 F / 33 C
May 24 - 93 F / 34 C
May 25 - 93 F / 34 C
September 10 - 99 F / 37 C
September 12 - 97 F / 36 C
September 13 - 99 F / 37 C
September 16 - 99 F / 37 C
September 27 - 95 F / 35 C
September 28 - 94 F / 34 C
September 30 - 98 F / 37 C
October 1 - 98 F / 37 C
October 2 - 99 F / 37 C
October 3 - 99 F / 37 C
October 5 - 95 F / 35 C

The last year that Nashville didn't set any daily record highs was 2003. Period of record is since Dec. 1, 1873.

There was only one daily record low in Nashville in 2019:

November 13 - 17 F / -8 C

Nashville, TN had its hottest temperature of summer 2019 and coldest temperature of winter 2019-2020 just 41 days apart! Technically, 40 days and 11 hours.

Hottest was 99 F / 37 C on October 3 (albeit in a five-way tie with Sept. 10, Sept. 13, Sept. 16 and Oct. 2)

Coldest was 17 F / -8 C on November 13 (tied with Feb. 15, 2020)

The October 3 was the latest that the hottest temperature of the year was recorded on record, and November 13 is the earliest that the coldest temperature of the winter has been ever recorded. Records are since 1874.

The previous latest hottest temperature of the year was on September 24, 1961, tied with September 12; it was 94 F / 34 C.

1936-37 was the only other winter where the coldest temperature was recorded in November, and it was November 27 that year, tied with February 26, 1937.

I'm going to analyze the gap between the hottest summer and coldest winter temperatures for each season for the last few years.

In cases of ties, the gap will be determined by the nearest distance between the extreme values. For instance, the gap between winter 2018-2019's coldest temperature and summer 2019's hottest is January 31 to September 10, while the gap between summer 2019's hottest and winter 2019-2020's coldest is October 3 to November 13. The reason is that five days (Sept. 10, Sept. 13, Sept. 16, Oct. 2 and Oct. 3) are tied as hottest for summer 2019 - September 10 being earliest, and therefore nearest the previous winter, while October 3 is latest and therefore nearest the following winter.

2019-2020 winter: Nov. 13 and Feb. 15 (tie) - 17 F / -8 C
Gap: 41 days
2019 summer: Sept. 10, Sept. 13, Sept. 16, Oct. 2, Oct. 3 (tie) - 99 F / 37 C
Gap: 222 days
2018-2019 winter: Jan. 31 - 16 F / -8 C
Gap: 211 days
2018 summer: July 4 - 99 F / 37 C
Gap: 169 days
2017-2018 winter: Jan. 2 and Jan. 16 - 5 F / -15 C
Gap: 164 days
2017 summer: July 21 and July 22 - 98 F / 37 C
Gap: 195 days
2016-2017 winter: Jan. 8 - 8 F / -13 C
Gap: 206 days
2016 summer: June 16 - 98 F / 37 C
Gap: 144 days
2015-2016 winter: Jan. 18 and Jan. 24 - 12 F / -11 C
Gap: 167 days
2015 summer: Aug. 4 - 97 F / 36 C
Gap: 208 days
2014-2015 winter: Jan. 8 - 4 F / -16 C

Today's morning lows were;

Göle: -0.9°C (-1.8°C in 2 vilages of Göle District)

Ardahan: +0.9°C

İzmit: +6.8°C

The lowest temperature in Turkey was in a high elevated station in Niğde Province with -4.3°C.

(Main Station of Niğde Province was only +5.4°C)

In Göle, there are 3 stations. One Station is in the district center of Göle while other 2 stations are in vilages of Göle, which are far from the district center of Göle.

One of those vilages of Göle is 33 km away from the district center of Göle and its elevation is 2240 metres but when the sky is clear at night, district center of Göle gets colder with the elevation of 2030 metres.

It's April 12 and Uranium City, Saskatchewan has yet to hit freezing. Maximum temperature so far is -0.6 C / 31.0 F on April 5. Snow depth is still 72 cm / 28.4 in as of April 11.

Here are the dates that UC has first exceeded freezing. Records are 1953-1959 and 1961-present, from Environment Canada in most years (some years from WeatherSpark, noted by WS, where EC records weren't available), and some days are missing from some earlier years; in these cases, the first day recorded with an above-freezing temperature is noted. Notice that in most years, the first above-freezing temperature is in late February or in March, with a handful of years with warm spells in January and/or early February that sent temperatures past the freezing mark.
Spoiler

1953: March 19
1954: January 30
1955: March 27
1956: March 17
1957: March 18 (some days missing)
1958: March 23
1959: March 27 (spotty data; probably actually February 28)
1960: data unavailable
1961: February 6 or earlier (spotty data, January data totally missing)
1962: March 26
1963: March 27
1964: February 3
1965: March 3
1966: February 25
1967: February 28
1968: February 28
1969: March 7
1970: March 15
1971: February 22 (no March above-freezing days; February 23-24 were also above-freezing, but first in spring was April 2)
1972: March 12
1973: March 9
1974: March 30
1975: February 24
1976: March 26
1977: February 27
1978: February 21
1979: March 17
1980: March 24
1981: January 22
1982: March 19
1983: March 10
1984: February 20
1985: January 3 (March 16 after yearly average temperature minimum, which is January 14)
1986: February 27
1987 (WS): January 10 (March 18 post-Jan 14)
1988 (WS): February 27 (some days missing)
1989 (WS): January 27
1990 (WS): February 28
1991 (WS): February 5
1992 (WS): January 31
1993: January 30
1994 (WS): March 13
1995: March 14
1996: April 5
1997: February 24
1998: March 18
1999: February 25
2000: January 29
2001: February 28
2002: March 26
2003: January 7 (March 18 first post-Jan 14)
2004: March 29
2005: March 2
2006: March 7
2007: March 22
2008: March 9
2009: March 27
2010: February 27
2011: February 2
2012: March 25
2013: April 9
2014: April 8
2015: March 9
2016: March 10
2017: January 18
2018: March 11
2019: March 11
2020: none recorded through April 12

Only 3 out of 67 recorded years have gone into April before their first above-freezing day, and all recorded an above-freezing temperature by April 9. 2013 first recorded an above freezing temperature on April 9 at about 12:40 pm (12 pm reading: -0.8 C / 30.6 F & 1 pm reading 0.4 C / 32.7 F) so this year looks to beat the record by about a week; Environment Canada says that the first above-freezing day is forecast on Thursday, April 16.

Per Weatherspark, average high temperatures in UC go above freezing on April 4, average temperatures go above freezing April 20, and average low temperatures go above freezing May 11. By the time UC has a high above freezing this year, it will already be nearing the average date when their average 24-hour temperature reaches freezing.

As for the snow depth, it was the same in 2013 at 72 cm as it was in 2020; this is very close to the April 11 record of 74 cm set in 1985.
However, the 1985 snow depth peaked at 89 cm, so it was already in the process of melting-off by April 11. This year's snow depth has peaked thus far at 75 cm on April 8, so it's still very near the peak. In 2013 the peak date was on April 11

The snow finished melting out on May 12 in 2013. Usually it finishes melting out in late April. I don't think we're quite going to get to 1967's date when it melted out May 21, but it wouldn't surprise me.

Unfortunately, the current Uranium City weather station doesn't differentiate between rain and snow, but in the years that they did (1953-1958 and 1962-1986) the earliest rain in the year recorded was on February 29, in 1968 (not counting freezing rain). The latest rain was December 1, in 1969. Their first rain is usually in April, and the last in late October or early November.

The latest snow was June 22, in 1967. Their earliest snow was August 24, in 1982.

A report of rain from December 4, 1969 is dubious, as temperatures were right at freezing with a dew point of -3.9 C / 25.0 F; while rain at freezing (or even down to -0.5 C / 31.1 F or so) is possible, the dew point would be higher than -3.9 C.
