Looks like it was pretty good in SE Louisiana especially Terrebonne Parish in the far south. But I have to wonder why the lightning died out when it got over New Orleans.
Not sur if it's related, but my hands have been parched for a few days. The dew point in Nice hasn't been that low though, around 0°C at best.
weather station at 3580 m? Didn't know there was one reporting data. Will watch that one. Sometimes higher altitude locations can record very dry dewpoints if above the cloud layer and with descending air. Mt. Washington recorded a dew point of -42°F but the relative humidity wasn't as lower as Jungfraujoch.

It had Atlanta at 31° with yesterdays update, now shows 53°.
Total Respect to forecasters out there. This is why your forecast changes so much and often especially past 4 days! But that's a big difference.
Not sure which is being shown more or what Euro says, cold or warm. If I was a forecaster I would just go with the middle for now. 40s for Atlanta next Wednesday morning..
