Latest Spring 80 degree reading in NYC (Central Park) was May 23, 1984 & 1988:

AccuWeather.com says it stays les than 80°F thru Jun 13! New York Month Weather - AccuWeather Forecast for NY 10007

Satellite and Radar pic. Easy to tell where the Upper Level Low is. Cloudy underneath majority of the time. Produces overcast and snow in winter months.



Clearing & warmth is coming...for today.. 70s up to NYC now. You can see where the weak cold front is over PA...

Seasonable after today around here.
