Low of 48F/9C High of 75F/24C in 12hrs time today. Gotta love Spring.

Had heat on yesterday evening
Have A/C on this evening

Felt like 30s yesterday and upper 70s today.
Also felt very muggy today and I realized with all the rain we had humidity and DPs were up there.

Surely with those temps next week the waters will start to warm up some. And surely the ice thats still left will melt some. That whole ice coverage thing is crazy!!!

Same for Eugene. It's too hot.

Hi-Res look at the 2 day rain fall totals.. Looks like Florida Panhandle and from DC to NYC had the heaviest rains.

Yes the waters should warm some. However there is no ice left on Lake Michigan near Chicago. There is some several hundred miles to the north at the far end of the lake.

Most of the Great Lakes ice now is within Lake Superior.

Here are the water surface temps

The mugginess yesterday night was bad. I had trouble sleeping without A/C. It really didn't cool off to comfortable levels till 1 AM or so.

Had A/C on for many hours from yesterday evening through the night. Humidity keeps the house muggy.

Current temps and IR. Cold front off shore now. 30s in Northern Texas. Above normal in South Florida (front didn't sag that far).
