It doesn't help that your population is booming. You need all the water you can get.
Rain is miserable though. Cold temperatures are the worst thing ever and rain is not far behind. Clouds too. In my opinion, we get wayyyyyy too much rain here already. But I still LOVEEEE MY TEXAS!!!!! SUMMER 2014!!!!!
^^Plus, rain and clouds decrease temperatures, and the only direction I want my temperatures to go is UP UP UP UP and AWAYYYYY. Boy, I would love to have some all-time record highs here this summer!!!! I love the heat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I love my TEXASS!!!!!
Wonder how hot it will get in Death Valley this week if LA is in the mid-90s? I bet they hit the low 100s. Same for the Coachella area too (Indio, CA).
I also wonder how much of the great lakes are still frozen? Never been to Chicago, so I dont know.....but I was wondering is it true that when you walk around the downtown area and area by the lake that it is just bitterly cold? Is that true?
Tornados rated EF-3's yesterday others still being investigated. Tornadoes also on the ground right now in North Carolina.
