An hour ago it was 54 here. The winds are roaring again at 27 mph and gusts to 31. BUT it's supposed to be in the high 60s today. We may end up above our average and then much cooler for the next few days.
Jesse, feel free to send some of your hot weather my direction.
CNN said this morning that many cities in the East had record lows. They mentioned several, but Asheville and Savannah are the only two that come to mind right now.

We had 41 and snow today. Blechhhh. With the last couple of days rain and snow still in the woods, all the rivers are pushing flood stage and the dam in town is on the verge of collapse. The face of it started to slide into the drink a few hours ago and they are hoping it doesn't let go totally tonight.
