That is one bad aspect of South Dakota. Spring comes late here and doesn't stay around very long then we're up in 100 degree temps. I could go to Denver on April 1st and see more leaves that in Rapid City on May 1st.

central Minnesota 33, sunny.

The rain and winds are gone and they are forecasting clear, sunny, and 55 for today. (65 , clear, sunny, for Sunday and Monday)

I got about 50 acres to seed clover and grass into the sod. By Monday it should be OK to do it.

today was cloudy all day, min 51F, max 63F, nothing spectacular that's for sure.

new forecast upgrades the horrid 59's to low 60's.

Minus a degree or two on dewpoint, we had exactly that on Canadian Thanksgiving.

It felt delightfully warm, especialy compared to our usual miserable 52-43 F overcast cold. Call me weird, but for me that couldn't pass as "hot" without any capitals.

It's 53 degrees here and is supposed to get a few degrees warmer for the day. Not Paradise, but better then a lot of our days have been.

Yesterday we hit a whopping 47 degrees.
