Right now its 69 and sunny. After having days in the 50s with drizzle I am happy that the weather is more warmer and sunnier.

*goes back to researching cities I could move to in 10 years lmao*

Hot tub season is almost over for me........winter is the best time to enjoy water temp 104F (makes artificial snow and your hair freezes.) With the power outage the hot tub computer reverts to 100 as a default when power is restored.......better for me in the "heat", but alas, the DW wants hotter. Heat wave today! 63.

BTW.....U P climate celebrates the four season, dck!

Phoenix is in a desert covered with sand and dirt. When the wind blows, it blows the sand everywhere and windows, cars, everything become covered in dust. Never been to Phoenix, but it happens in Vegas too.

Even up in Canada, most people's pools will be somewhere between 78-83 F, while really I prefer 83-87 F.

No one owns a pool without a heater here it seems.
I got solar heating on my pool, I can force the water temp up to 100 F if I keep the heating on for a few (hot, sunny) days.

I have an understanding of what blowing sand or fine dirt would look like, but I have no idea what outdoor "dust" would look like.

Is it ever as thick as indoor "dust bunnies"?

Blowing sand and dirt is terrible
The "grit" gets in your mouth and the sand particles are unpleasant.
I will never live in a dry climate again

Oh please.....its nothing like that unless we have a dust storm which usually only happens in the summer and not very often.
Unless you live near open dirt that is being displaced by vehicles or construction the regular desert floor does not send much sand or dust into the air. Just saw some air quality reports recently.
