Monumental amounts of cloud?
When I was 8 yrs old, I was confused why I felt happy and energized. It was actually annoying and confusing at first as to why something was perking me up. Then I realised I was seeing sunshine and that I'd forgotten what sunshine looked like! (since I'd seen virtually none from late December until early March.)
