How could they say it was the face? You can't get that simply from the presence of blood.
My suggestion...Daddy was abusing JonBenet, mommy caught them together and got jealous, blames the spoiled little princess, and accidentally or deliberately killed the little girl in a fit of rage, and the father had to help cover it up to keep his own abuse of JonBenet hidden. Brother doesn't talk because he knows what happens to 'bad little children'.

Someones DNA was under the childs nails and didn't belong to anyone in the house, she could have scratched them anywhere, but doesn't jive with the stun gun theory and no struggle. Depending on what you read, sexual abuse is debatable and she was wearing underwear about 4 sizes to big, kind of weird.
Nothing much has come from the 20year old son who was present at the house and would now be around 35yrs old. Burke Ramseys about 23 now and recently refused to speak to Boulder police.
I agree with Burke not talking to the police. Police officers have a way of manipulating while questioning people. Honestly, I would lawyer up in a nano second if one of my children went missing. I know how that sounds...but Ed Smart went thru so much when his daughter Elizabeth was taken, they ripped him up and down, rather than actually focusing on looking for her. And she was only a few miles away from her home, being raped in a tent.
I don't blame the police for questioning the family, but they seem to focus on the family with the tenacity of a terrior with a bone, and don't seem to consider other possibilities.

The Globe article was a bunch of bull. It said that they police have narrowed it down to three people---Michael Helgoth (DEAD), the guy who played Santa at the Ramseys' party (DEAD) and an unknown pedophile. Notice how they can't get sued for libel? LOL. Thankfully, I didn't buy it but I know someone who scanned it for me.
CNN's just doing a special every night where they go over a cold case. It's just going to be like a mini documentary of the case especially the more recent developments. Rumor has it that John Ramsey will be giving an interview.
What I do think, is that it is obvious that the police messed up on this investigation, and missed crucial evidence. Other wise, there would be more information to go on...and I also don't understand why the family never found their own daughter, who they called the police about her missing, in the basement...why didn't they check every room before calling the police? Strange...
