Gym membership at Spectrum Gym at Bandera use to cost us $100 per month per family, and that was years and years ago. I have NO idea what it is now, but LOVE the fact I walk or drive our golfcart to everything I need vs having to deal with traffic. Exercise, entertainment, pools, personal trainer, massage therapist...all 1 minute from my door step!

I was in the subdivision today and saw a house for sale that I liked. I was told by the neighbor it is the second smallest model, which is not a problem since it is just me. She said the smallest model was for sale somewhere in the neighborhood. I am not going to contact the realtor just yet, so can anyone tell me how to find out how many pre-owned homes are for sale. Would the office have a list?

Thank you in advance.

Go to Zillow.com and it shows you everything resale anywhere in the world. You can type in either street name, or subdivision name, or zip code and then look at everything in that area. I recommended typing in the street name of the house you looked at yesterday and expand from there to find everything currently for sale here in Del Webb.

This will answer all of your currently for sale questions.
