Don't forget to file for Homestead Exemption with Bexar County Appraisal District after Jan 1, 2010. Just go to BCAD.org to download the form.

Default Good Luck with your move.

Thanks for the great pictures. I hope all who are moving to Hill Country Retreat will LOVE it and keep us informed about the community and how your big move went. I envy you. I can't wait to get south. Winter is just around the corner.

Pheewww! What a week!!! Closed on Monday. had the pod delivered and unloaded Monday evening...movers on Tuesday, and with LOTS of effort, house is 80% done. After working hard all morning until about 2pm, we then cleaned up and took the golf cart for a stroll around the neighborhood. GregandVicky, think I saw your home if it is the 2nd on in on the corner...only other house was the one directly on the corner and that one does not have the brick on it yet, so I am assuming yours is the second one...looking NICE!!!

Have gone swimming and to soak in the hottub every evening...feels good after a long hard day of unpacking. Tonite is Dive In Movies..looking forward to enjoying a relaxing evening with neighbors at the pool while watching Beach Blanket Bingo and Jaws! What fun!!! After living here a short 4 days, both DH and I agree this is the SMARTEST decision we have ever made.

Glad you are getting settled in. Yes, second house from the corner with brick.

We are still packing, wow, what a pain.

See you soon.

Greg and Vicky

You must be loving it there Paka. Haven't heard much from you since you moved. Just found out I have old neighbors that live there.

We pay $2.11 per $100 in valuation which are some of the lowest. I have seen milage rates at over $3 per $100
