yeah, I can't stand the pigs and jerks around here. Most on my street are women on cell phones. See anyone flying around the curve and almost hitting a curb, 90% chance it's a woman gabbing away on the phone. I also have a retired mlitary guy that drives his crotch rocket like a teenager. The fool seriously needs to grow up, or eat a tree one day. Wouldn't be a huge loss either.

I would support lowering the speed limits on side streets to 20. Unfortunately I think its a county issue, not HOA.

that article on the pitbull attack in the Westcreek Times is the biggest load of BS I've seen yet. It is awful that the people were attacked, but why are they going after the animals? They know who the irresponsible POS owner is, yet are trying to ban certain breeds of dogs. what does this say about the neighborhood? geesh, talk about lowering property values.. move to westcreek, where we're retarded.. idiots!!!
I would say I hope they get sued and they probably will, but then they'll just raise the dues. does anyone think before they act anymore?

I agree the article was disturbing but not for the reasons the author was getting at. Why was the dog returned to the owner? This animal is clearly not healthy or trained, the owner is also totally irresponsible and should not be allowed to have the dog back. I am not signing any petitions banning animals but I do believe something should be done about irresponsible owners.

I have to pay my quarterly dues today, so I hope to get more information on this garbage. I still can't believe someone actually saw this as a good thing..

and I got that same piece of paper this morning, but have never heard of them. My Brinks is less than $2 more per month and everyone has heard of them. I have had them since the house was built in 2002 and service has always been great and the prices have actually gone down.

I disagree. I would rather see the current speed limits ENFORCED.

where did the VWOA web page go? I think I'm going to have to go to the next meeting because this place is obviously out of control. I asked where I could complain about their little "petition" things to ban pitbulls and the guy looked at me like I was from another planet. He just could not understand why anybody didn't hate pit bulls.. he also couldn't comprehend why I had an issue with the dog's owner either. I won't say who he was, but I know he understood English..
