Spoke to my neighbor about this last night...he said there is has been a STRONG police presence in our area for a couple of weeks now...he goes to the guy to workout at 4am and said that he has acutally be stopped at a particular corner right around from our house TWICE to see who he was and what he was doing there...they then explained to him there has been some activities in the are that they are really on the watch for.

We kinda figured that if he has been stopped twice, they must have some info on a car matching his kinda...but he was glad for the info and of course, had no problems knowing the police were stopping and asking folks what they were doing out that time of night...he is a very dedicated teacher and was not at all bothered by the stops knowing they were really watching and protecting his property so closely.

OK...then I will shoot what is left of them after my dog is done chewing on them when I get home!

That's good to hear. I still think a little vigilante gang wouldn't hurt either..

Those of you with home alarm systems, monitored or not, pls make sure you register it with the BCSO - there's a hefty fine if they get called out to a home for a false alarm and the home isn't registered to have one.

BCSO Alarm Permit Information (http://www.bexar.org/bcsheriff/alarmpermit.htm - broken link)
