Dunno about NVG's, but I'm all for voting from the rooftops.

Why??? Was it for lack of interest? If they want more involvement they need to work on marketing better. The September/October newsletter just arrived yesterday on the 9th! Newsletters should arrive at least 10 days before the month starts. We wanted to participate in the bike parade, guess that is canceled too?

I believe it is due to the hurricane.

They have meetings all the time, if people want to be involved in their neighborhood, there are plenty of ways to stay connected.

Our youngest was also going to be in the bike rodeo, and the self defense demonstration.

Saturday is going to be wet and muddy, probably not a bad idea to cancel it.

I think we're going to see some flooding and possibly some power outages.

Did anyone read the latest Westcreek Times (Sep/Oct)? The Presidents Corner was all about a "potential price assessment increase." I wonder how much they're going to increase our assessments for 2009.

I hope it isn't too much. But it makes sense, the neighborhood has grown quite a bit. They have 46 employees now?? Wow....
