Ah yes..I've seen the place...never spent any time there though. My wife is hinting about taking a jaunt out to Maui in December sometime...I think we will.

Trust me, his intelligence is constantly on display when he's driving his motorcycle like a teenager while not wearing a helmet.

yeah, same house. The guy is in his 40's, but has a little rice rocket and he's always driving up and down the street like a teenager. Revving it up and somehow thinking he's impressive. I'm sure the parents of young/teen boys love his role model skillz. Not the kind of person you can talk to because it'll probably get ugly real fast. So hopefully he'll either take himself out with his lack of driving skillz or the police will hook him up.

It's funny how I know who you are talking about with this description. Is he the guy that looks like he's running a crotch rocket full service garage in his home?

Um, not to be picky but if you are going to question someone's intelligence, you may want to check your grammar first.

in essence, the intelligence level (with a heaping scoop of common sense) usually does improve your property values.
For instance, doing some research such as looking at the schools, traffic, neighbors, crime rates etc. prior to purchasing a house would be intelligent. This intelligence level would insure the house was a wise investment and would appreciate in the future. People with lower intelligence, such as those that bought $500K houses with an ARM and $30k/year income, probably are lowering their neighbor's property values now..

and I'm a big fan of irony, so feel free to keep it up

anyhow, back to Westcreek. The obama sign is still up, so I guess the HOA just doesn't care this election cycle. It's a shame because it's ugly just by being a sign in someone's yard. And I just spent 5 hours working on my lawn, so now I can call other people's yards ugly again
