Why am I not surprised that Trump has condoned the behavior of these protesters, calling them "good Americans". Yeah, pickup truck driving, gun toting, trailer park residing, red ball cap wearing , cousin marrying "Americans".

You have the full right to fall dead on your face. But unfortunately, the way this disease works, many others could fall dead on their faces too because you didn't take the proper precautions. And they may not have been as happy to do that as you seem to be.
THAT is precisely what the 2nd Amendment is for, it was seen as the best defense against tyranny gaining a foothold.
