The next civil war has been brewing up for a while now. The coronavirus panic and ruined economic situation just may bring everything to a head.

A civil war between who? Federal government vs militias?

Is it possible it has been brewing only in the minds of the alt-right fringe?

While this is an extreme example, it is an easy example of white privilege. Not sure why some people still don't understand what white privilege means.

Oh right, because they're white, they don't really want it to exist.

So do you believe you have cis gender privilege, heterosexual privilege and tall privilege (if you're tall) as well?

Bringing up extreme identity politics and post-modernism in this situation is exactly what the far right ruling class want.

Antifa, on the other hand, shows up to protests with bats, chains and pipes. They use those weapons to attack the police and their opposition. But that's called "exercising their rights to protest".

Has the world gone mad?

As opposed to the governor-nut, with no regard for working people.

Bringing guns to a protest isn't a threat?

That “governor-nut” issued stay-at-home orders to keep working people safe.
Which have been judged to be within her right, BTW.

But keep reminding us who it is that doesn’t care about worker protection.
Of course, it’s the same folks who decried “death panels,” but here we are.

I know that Michigan is open-carry, and they are within their rights to bring guns. By why do it? Bringing guns, especially the type that you see people carrying in the photos, is an obvious threat. There was no reason for them to bring weapons except for the purpose of intimidation.

Which is alarming, to say the least. If armed thugs are going to patrol state capitols with military-style weapons for the purpose of intimidating governors, our democracy is definitely at risk.
