When you scream and shout or even hold a conversation, there will be spit involved. It's better to err on the side of caution and wear a mask. And who knows if any of them have the virus? Time will tell I suppose.

Yep, you do not see many "peaceful protestors" carrying assault weapons and acting like terrorists. These buffoons are ridiculous and should have been arrested. I can guarantee you that if I took a gun and went to my local State Capital, I would be arrested on the spot. The government looked the other way on this one and should be taken to task for it.

As someone indicated, that was an intimidation tactic. If I worked in that statehouse, I would feel very uncomfortable, and unsafe, when folk are allowed to bring firearms into a building!

If that doesn't answer your question, I don't know what will!

I love how David Clarke is there complaining about freedom being taken away but is completely content with cops violating the Fourth Amendment rights of private citizens.

We’ve seen that sort of cognitive dissonance for years now, haven’t we?
How many of these protesters do you imagine condemned the Dixie Chicks and would only eat “freedom” fries after 9/11?
I’m thinking, quite a few.

The governors have taken charge in every state but the Michigan republicans are the only legislature that sued. What exactly do they want, do they want businesses open this week or do they have a plan that is an improvement on the governors actions. Does anyone know what they are proposing.

Michigan is still in tough shape as far as the virus, wrong time for the republicans to be pandering to the far right and ignoring healthcare professionals.
