My guess would be blinders. The cops are not allowed to drag him off and question him without his parents present.
Not true at all. No rights were violated. Cops are allowed to arrest minors without parents present, where did you get that from? Are you saying if a minor is in the midst of committing a crime they can't be arrested until their parents are on site? Nope, wrong....

They can arrest but require the parent present to interrogate. There appears no doubt the School and Police violated the law. And they have never claimed they did not. The Police Chief refused to answer questions on the subject.

The police can question a minor without their parent(s) present as the minor is not in custody. For example, when an officer reasonably believes that a minor has violated the law. The minor can be detained so the police may conduct an investigation. During such an initial detention, the police are not required to let a minor call their parents. However, if the minor is in custody (i.e. arrest), then things change. In such a case, they have the right to call their parents and have their parents present during questioning. The fact is that anytime that the minor's Miranda rights are implicated they have a right to speak with their parents and have them present.

No they didn't. He wasn't arrested, he was DETAINED! You fake lawyers need to go back to law school.

Here you go. Point out where I said he was arrested.
Why do you guys always try to put words in people's mouth? The object is to refute their position not what they did not say.
