If you did not, you are as guilty as them.
How do you know what anyone was/wasn't doing when Bush was president, which has been 3+ years ago now? Do you tell people to knock it off when they talk about assassinating Obama (a topic that comes up here regularly)? "If not, you are as guilty as them."

shorebaby... exactly. Funny how I've been saying that all along too.. this nutjob increased America's internal bickering by about 5000% this week.... and isn't it funny, how it's still all about POLITICS....... HELLOOOOOOOO PEOPLE,, THE GUY WAS *MENTALLY ILL*......!!!

Although yes I do think Caribou Barbie shouldn't put gun crosshairs on other politicians on her website.... totally immature, inappropriate, unprofessional.. and makes her look no better than the nutjobs putting their violent fantasies on youtube & facebook... and yes I could see how people see that as adding to the 'hate-talk' and helping to push unstable people over the edge.

However.. the REAL debate should be on mental illness..... what is causing SO MUCH of it, who is responsible, what should have been done, how can we improve health care, what should be done to prevent it from happening next time....??

Oh wait............
The Congresswoman won an election over a Tea Party candidate, she voted in favor of the President's healthcare reform.
I doubt she was part of the hate government crowd.

Of course I have.

No, I was responding to a post that said he couldn't be due to his taste in music, his support for Kerry 7 years ago (when he would have been what, 15 years old?), etc. After all, the TP members and supporters on this forum are all the time telling us how "diverse" the TP is.

This wacko was against government---any government. I bet he would have taken out any politician he could have access to. This congresswoman was just in a place where he could have access to.

Apparently he had some obsession with her. There are some posts in here to support that. He had attended some of her events in the past, and kept a thank you note from her. Perhaps some "fatal attraction"?

I made that response to a poster whom I thought would not disapprove, and they did not. I agree with you actually.

You mean back at that time? Yes, I did; however, not on any Internet forum, as I didn't have time back then to be posting on these types of message boards. I definitely advocated not electing Bush in the first place, and not re-electing him. I did not, however, want him to be harmed physically in any way by ANYONE.
