I heard the Mattress place between Sheetz and Walmart was moving to the old Rex building but in not sure if theres truth in that or not. It does kind of make sense I guess since that's a business that does not need alot of parking.

My neighbor just mentioned there is some excavation going on in the lot next to the former Ruby Tuesday's. I wonder if this could be the start of the Panera Bread we've all been anticipating?!

Not sure if this means anything or not but here's a PDF of what looks like a proposed site plan.

I stopped at the work site beside Ruby Tuesday. It is going to be a Panera Bread that will open in December. I am trying to find out what is going in at the Ruby tuesday site.

Got a call from Tim, the foreman at the Panera work site, and he said as of now, there are no plans for the Ruby Tuesday lot

Somebody had asked about who might be running The Burger Factory in Lewisburg on 15 and I had heard Big Andy. Now have found they leased the place out and two ladies are opening it (all the info I was told by somebody living over by Milton). This could be incorrect also as my friend said he thought it just had opened but drove by this morning and they are still doing construction in the inside and a bit on the outside). Just wanted the pass the info but warn it could also not be correct from word of mouth.

Sorry.......forget this info. My friend was thinking of the old Royal Burger place who I guess is ran by two ladies. I'll try to dig around to see who exactly is opening it

Anybody have any updated open dates for TJ Maxx or the new Selinsgrove Tasty Freeze? Also wondering if there was an announcement when the new Weis superstore would be done? Surprised they haven't done much to the property.

My husband heard from somebody recently that the new Weis Superstore is encountering some problems. Not sure what they are, but could speculate on zoning or sewage or any number of issues that would hold up construction in the borough.

Haven't heard anything yet on TJ Maxx or the Selinsgrove ice cream/pizza place, although TJ Maxx does have their "coming soon" signs along the highway. I imagine once they start hiring it'll be pretty close to opening.
