Nope. No cruise yet.

Just super busy. Court is Monday. I'm trying to get all my girls ready for school and all that fun.

The cruise is coming in a little over a month.

College is also starting soon for my oldest. Things are just a bit crazy.

We have heard some not so good things from the brother about some new goings on in their house. It's a mess. I'm really hoping for good things in court.

Alcohol. Enough said.

The brother slipped up and said a little too much about his mother. I thought she was the most stable of the bunch too.

That's a shame. I imagine she turned to alcohol to cope with her awful husband. It sounds like a mess over there.

She is. It's just a mess.

For anyone having a baby as a young person, they need to know there is more than just a baby to deal with in these situations. So much more to consider.

I can't imagine the grandmother's drinking problem will have any influence on visitation since you can't prove she has a drinking problem unless she has been convicted of a DUI or something similar.

No. I agree. I don't think it will make any difference. It amounts to heresay at this point. It bothers me because her mother is an alcoholic.

It's just another cause of worry. That's about it.

Jersey, did they get in front of the judge today? Or just a preliminary meeting with a master? Anything resolved?

Nothing resolved. They had a consent conference.

He had a list of demands. He wants every Friday to Sunday and two eves per week. He wants every holiday and will ALLOW my daughter to have her from 9:00 Christmas Eve to 11:00 am Christmas Day.

He also wants her to agree to move no more than 20 miles away from him.

A bunch of crap.

A temp order was put in place for approx 12 hrs a week of visitation for him. They have to go to mediation next.

Not a great day but not terrible either.
