It's great that venom is 4,000 list numbers away and he's already sealed his reputation on this job, trust us, it follows you! You will be known at training and it will follow you to your garage... Don't be that guy!
One other thing I forgot to mention about pre-orientation. The director of HR told us that they will more than likely give you enough time between job offer and start date in order to give your current employer two weeks notice. She did say that it rarely occurs that it will be less than two weeks. She also said there is a slim chance that you might get a call offering you the job Friday afternoon for start date that Monday, rare but it does happen.
Depends where u end up . But to be honest ny doc is overhauling their system and hiring wayyyyyy more people . Furthermore , who does 20 years in corrections and doesn't transfer to better or different units ? For ****s sake , you could do investigation and be sitting on your ass the whole day . Or better yet use that cdl u got for sanitation , and literally just transport handcuffed inmates . As for the 1 on 1 escort . That sounds a bit murky . You rarely if ever escort them one on one and when u do , u still have a pretty strong mace . Don't get me wrong , the job isn't for everybody . But don't downplay the wreck less sanitation schedule and 5-10 tons of weight a day .
