Depends what numbers are in orientation, there will be a few hundred candidates who attend orientation and don't get hired this year...
I went through orientation/medical etc in 2012 and didn't make it , had to redo the whole thing for 2013
Hey mikfleye when u had to redo the whole thing again 2013, do u remember if that was because you were like one of the last 100 or so people to be called from the amount that dsny was bringing in for orientation.. Like where they only going to see up to list number 700 and u was number 675 or something..

I have no idea how many people went behind me... Basically if u don't get hired his year, you'll have to do it again when they start to hire again.
They don't know how many people will fail, not show up, etc... So if they want to hire 300 they'll prep like 800-1000 ... Whoever it stops at when the hiring is done, everyone else will have to redo orientation the following year or whenever they hire again

Nothing they did not order back X-ray for me because I had one done already and I gave it to them. They just ordered the chest x ray.
