Anyone know what number they consider "high" for blood pressure? my Top number fluctuates between high 130's and low 140's. Its usually 100+ your age so taking into account i'm in my late 30's maybe im good?
I'm wondering the same thing. My blood pressure seems to hover around 135/87, is that too high?

i had my medical on on 3/25. My friend who went a day before me 3/24
she had high blood pressure. She was told to come back next week 3/31. So what she did was she went to her doctor and got her blood pressure taken a again and get a clearance letter. She also handing in her blood pressure reports from the past 6 months to show she never had high blood pressure.
Question for those that went to orientation already.
How many days away was your medical date from orientation?
Asking because I'll get an earful if I call in at my current job twice in the same week.
Hoping it's at least a week apart. Thanks.
A week would be the most time in between..not everyone goes to medical the same day..some are a few days from orientation..could be a weekend..could be same week
I believe 140/90 was the cutoff when I went for blood pressure.
Change your diets, get some sleep, stay well hydrated, avoid highly caffeinated products. Don't get cut for something easily fixable.
Thanks - Already started doing all of the above.
