Had sent a message to them 01/19 and received an email 1/20 saying my file is currently under review. “Please keep in mind there is no timeframe how long the process take”. Not sure if that means my file is with HPD or what. I‘ve sent countless notarized affidavits, deposits verifications, etc. I hope they don’t ask for more documents. I’m over ittttttt lol
My File was sent to HPD the beginning of this month and I'm still patiently waiting. I call once a week to check the status!! Thank god they are understanding and pleasant. My fear is by the time they get to my file there are no more units :-(. You definitely have to have an extreme amount of patience.
It’s hard being patient haha it’s been coming up to year soon since I first got contacted. I’m log 12xxx with CB preference btw. I don’t even know if they have much apartments left
@mariah622 - Wow really, they contacted me in October!! I'm log #49,xxx with CB and was praying hard for this one. Trust me i know, i spend every single day checking my emails and praying when i hear my phone ring that its them lol I was told they still have 1 bedrooms left so I'm def keeping my fingers crossed that i get called soon.

@choco89 - No. I'm sure there are plenty of units left (Studio, 1, 2, & 3). I only inquired about the 1 bedrooms because that's what i qualify for. I wanted to make sure some are left. My file has been with HPD for 3 weeks now.
My number is in the 4xx still waiting for a email hopefully i get one soon i have no CB nor a city work I’m looking for 1 bedroom or studio
