momwithaplan - It def is a waiting game, i'm sure they will combine both incomes. What so strange is i fall into 2 Ami's 70% and 110% with CB. I know my log # is high but seeing how high yours was that gives me hope. You have CB and NYC pref that gives you a better chance. When they they reach out to you? I hope all goes well for you :-)
Yes I too can fall into both depending on how they calculate or what numbers they are going to use. I would assume they would use current numbers but that can fluctuate. Yes keep hope alive. Oh and they reached out to me in mid July so I’m sure It will take time.

There are actually a lot more move ins. Someone got keys yesterday. Few people moved in couple weeks ago and I heard there will be about 5 move ins this upcoming week. So, it’s starting to pick up. I also saw 3 people walking in today (idk what for - either to see units or pick up keys) .

Its been 5 months but the biggest thing for me is that the woman who took over reviewing my docs said she sent my stuff for final review 3 weeks ago while saying she should hear in a couple of days on 8/16.
