My status on the Housing Connect Website says "review complete" but it still in the "in process" section. Anyone know what this means?

they reversed rejection with my appeal about 3 weeks ago and I submitted new docs to them then.

Glad to know your appeal went well. I know someone who has moved into a lottery unit. Their status online is “Review Complete”, and “In Process”.

I GOT THE APARTMENT!!!

I get to go see it tomorrow, the layout is slightly different than yours ceebvndy, the kitchen is straight across the back wall but otherwise the floodplain looks the same. I got assigned a corner unit.
My mom asked if I could see other ones. I dont think thats how it works LOL

its been a crazy crazy experience almost a full 8 months just of back and forth and waiting

Timeline:
4/18 1st contact for docs
5/25 contacted again for more docs
7/21 told my original reviewer had been out sick all that time
8/7 asked for updated docs since the first round expired
8/15 more docs sent over
9/12 someone rejected my application due to missing bank statements ; compliance reviewer corrected issue
9/13 submitted for final review
10/18 contacted by a new compliance reviewer who asked for more docs bc they again expired
10/21 rejected due to "inconsistent information" - my salary changed in august and I provided them with the new info
10/21 submitted appeal
11/14 received a call to go over why I was rejected
11/16 - 11/18 asked for updated docs
11/30 status changed from review to complete
12/1 told my application was approved
12/2 - I got see the apartment tomorrow
