I sent an email today and got a response the same day.
This was the response. "We have very low inventory for 1br, leading to longer wait times. We do not have a definitive closing date for this lottery as it stands." I told them my lease ends in December and Ms. Wentt said she can not guarantee that my number will be reached but I "may check by then"
I wish the process was done more efficiently...Why reach out if you aren't ready lol

For reference, my log number is 46**
It's a frustrating process, hopefully we hear some more good news in the coming months! Maybe some holiday season offers coming up.
Seemed like there was a lot of movement from the waitlist in October and haven't heard of anything recently, anyone moving in soon?
So Ms. Wentt got in touch with me about confirming that everyone on my original application was still valid. There was me,my daughter and a family friend who is no longer moving with us. Ms. Wentt emailed me that the family and I had to get a notarized letter stating that he is no longer on the application. I just went on the website and removed him from the application along with his information. My income is the same in 87xxxx. My application number is 36xx. I applied for a two bedroom. Does anyone else have Ms. Wentt as housing specialist?

Did you submit the notarized letter she asked for? If your application number is 36xx and she is following up with you, hopefully you are very close!

In the lottery process you need the notarized letters to officially remove someone from the application. 1 Notarized Letter from you stating you want your family friend off the application and another notarized letter from the friend agreeing to be removed from the lottery. They ask this to avoid any issues in the future for applicants, mainly partners/spouses who may have relationship issues upon applying for the lottery.
Hello all, its been a while. So glad to see there is movement on the 2 bedrooms, I know many of you have been waiting for some time. Also that new people are being asked to submit, that is great! It would be wonderful if they extended this lottery. I don't understand why they would start another when there are so many ppl still waiting...but if one thing is certain, it is that this lottery is harder to figure out than TikToks algorithm! lol
Hey y’all. Happy thanksgiving I am grateful for the opportunity I have in this lottery but truly starting to feel that because I have government help I am been pushed aside and been giving excuses about no apartment in my range. With the help I receive I can pay between $1500-$2500 and I have been on Susan waiting drawer since August 30TH. Eveytime I call I received the same sentence low inventory or nothing in my rent range! It been very stressful and confusing because I keep seen people receiving offers from $1700-$2600 and every time I see and call I still get the same response. Does anyone here have the same experience or did receive an apartment while having government help? Thank you
Are you waiting for a one-bedroom or two? I know the one-bedrooms are in short supply. I have no idea why.
