Just got an offer on 1 bed - log 21XX
Located at 446 e 20th , lower floor.
Rent is on the higher end - 2000 + ac fee

Wow, great location! Congrats! Very convenient, yet set inside the complex a bit so you're not directly on First Avenue. You will either face a playground or the First Avenue Loop.
