I first submitted my documents in March, got a request to send additional documents in April (quarterly statements that weren't available in March when they first asked for them), got placed on my specialist's waitlist for a 2 bd in May, was asked to resubmit most of the documents again in July since they were aging out past the 120 days, got approval from the supervisor sometime in August and then heard from the leasing office in October. My rent is the max $2600 plus the A/C fees.
Whenever they asked for any documents I sent them within 24-48 hours max (usually that same evening when I got home from work).
Congrats. and thanks for all the details and information. you are very helpful.
