YouTube - ‪Swing & Sway Sammy Kaye-Blueberry Hill (Tommy Ryan) Victor Records-VE‬‏ - Not sure this is the original, but the oldest I find.

YouTube - ‪fats domino - blueberry hill‬‏ - Fats Domino's far more famous cover.

I love the Bee Gee's but Al Green's version of "How do you mend a broken heart" takes the cake.

I love that Richard Thompson number! Jack, no doubt you've been to Buch Spieler... Many years ago I picked up Cheap Trick at Budokan there. When I got home I listened to side two first for some unknown reason and this is what came out. Fats Domino original - and updated big time to say the least. 23 years between the original and this cover. I think Fats may have sung with a bit more of an ironic feeling, but Cheap Trick really impressed the heck out of me with the rest of their playing. And what an intro!

SRV's is much better in all forms. This version is the best, most improvised, and the longest of them all!

Two full minutes of listening to music that made me think that I was at the worst Fashion Week runway show. If you like it fine, does it "blow away the original" I don't know, I never got that far.

Music is much like art and literature preferences - it's all subjective.

YouTube - ‪DREAM A LITTLE DREAM OF ME - Ozzie Nelson - 1931‬‏ - Oldest version I found, believe it's the original.

YouTube - ‪Mama Cass Eliot - Dream a little dream of me‬‏ - The first version I heard, but I did know it wasn't original to her.
