What do you think are the best and worst cover versions of popular songs?

I'm thinking of songs in which both versions achieved a fair level of popularity, and I'm excluding "novelty" versions (William Shatner, etc,)

For me--best:

YouTube - Baby, now that I've found you - Alison Krauss and Union Station



and--worst:

YouTube - Fine Young Cannibals -Suspicious Minds
