They are developing that block into a row of restaurants and bars, with the focal point being the food hall.

Heard a rumor that the O'dalys bars will be moving to this block. Since Peavy owns that block and is part owner of the bars, it made some sense.

Looking at the drawings on the CSS, it's possible, but the larger space appears to be the food hall. O'Daly's would also lose their back patio and whiffleball field... never say never though

It turns out they will be moving, and adding the food hall component. It also seems there is space for the whiffleball field!

This passed the planning commission this week.

That DeTonti development subdivision passed as well.

That would be too intense for that area (in zoning terms). That would be perfect for St Louis street, though
