That was Mr Gambino's ( owner of Pizzeria Delphina) plan.I hope he does something with it or just make into a new revamped Pizzeria.

The downtown area office occupancy levels increased from 83.6% to 84.6% from 2019 to 2020. This is surprising, but shows the resiliency of the downtown market!

Nice! I wonder if the cordish development will come back online since we are coming out of the pandemic. I think the pandemic ultimately put a pause on that project after the mystic societies ordeal was resolved. According to multiple sources Mobile came out of the pandemic pretty good so we’ll see.

Man we were downtown last night and man the energy was amazing. It felt good to see downtown back energetic and vibrant. My guess is that there were maybe 80,000 -90,000 people walking around and patronizing. How did I come up with that you may ask ? Well it was as thick as a Joe Cain Sunday !

That would be dope !! I also noticed that there is a Break out Downtown opening next door to SOCU's new coffee lounge.

I really like Finley's idea. Have Satchel pitching to Hank above the tunnel would be a really cool monument
