That apartment is on hold until at least the Greer's/Ace developments and their Midtown developments are constructed. I believe I read these St Louis apartments will have 30 units.

What midtown development is going on with greers/ace? And that’s kinda disappointing that there’d only be 30 units in a 6 story building

I just saw the renderings for BoxOwt and I like it! I was a little concerned about the aesthetic but I believe it will be a great addition to DT.

Their midtown development is the Ashland Firehouse. As for the apartments, it would be a 4 story building and the units would be upscale (read: 1.5k - 2k sq ft)

Just realized there are 4 residential develops happening for downtown: St Louis Apartments, Fort Conde Apartments, Ashland development, and now Gayfers seems like a sure thing, wish they would all get chugging along

Oh I see, personally I enjoyed the old version more, I liked how cliche it was

Also I had no idea there was plan for reconstruction of St Louis Street, Always wondered why they left the road in the condition it was with all the planned developments, but makes sense now
