I know exactly what building you're talking about.It's like 5 stories and has only the facade. I've watched that building for along time and have thought of every idea for it. Good had to know that construction is happening.

it's going to take some work on that building to get it to where they can put a distillery in there. Owners have that thing crammed with junk too. I heard they wanted to open sometime this spring but if I were to place a bet it'll probably be sometime late this year before they get it to open.

I’d definitely say the bridge is coming now. I always thought that even if the bridge was built wouldnt traffic bottleneck at 98. I still think the initial widening of i10 in Baldwin should extend to the beach express not just 59.

Debris Poboy Shop(old boo radley's building) is opening next week. I believe Monday but not totally sure. Menu looks awesome

No i don't. I got a glimpse at it last week when i was downtown. I imagine they'll post it when ever they decide to fully open sometime next week.
