I couldn't care less. As far as I am concerned they can keep the mask mandate inside for the next 50 years.

I want the mandate removed when it is deemed no longer necessary. Not a day sooner, or a day after that.

I could care less. Doesn't really bother me. I probably wear a (N95,P100) mask more for work/construction/hobby reasons more right now than i wear a mask due to Covid mandates.

I really don't feel my life is that impacted right now by whatever "restrictions" are in place. I've got friends in other states who think MA is so restrictive I still stay home and never leave the house. Far from the truth. My biggest gripes are the price of a 2x4, or the fact that I can't buy performance car parts because everyone decided 2020/21 was the year to restore a car.

Putting a surgical mask on to walk into a store for 5 mins? meh

To be honest it might be a bit of an adjustment returning to being unable to silently cuss at strangers in the grocery store, now that they can see my lips moving.

I don't mind wearing a mask when I have to go to the store. I can see why they're required on a train or bus too.

It seems silly that i have to put on a mask when I go to pick up my daughter at school even though I'm just getting out of the car. Requires me to get out of the car and it's just her and I as each pickup is done on an individual basis one at a time.

I miss social events I guess. It seems like people aren't going to have get togethers anywhere until things get much better. We got an email about gong to my sons school to write a message in chalk outside on the side walk. They gave specific instructions to wear a mask and hurry up so a large crowd doesn't gather. I mean this is outside with a mask on. I get that not everyone is vaccinated...but I do wonder when things will let up.

I’m all for loosening up, but I’d rather not see the US become the next India. My coworker has lost 3 relatives in the last 2 weeks from Back home in India

When do we ditch the masks even inside? The vaccine is here.

At first, I thought it meant that by august 1st there would be no restrictions even masks but then looking at it it would mention no masks by august 1st if that was the case.

how long is this nonsense going to go on?
Because if we remove the indoor mask mandate, there's nothing to stop the non-vaxxed from pretending they're vaxxed. I think you need a very high % vaxxed to get this risk down to a safe level. You want to see this removed, go get vaxxed and tell your buddies to do the same.

Alternately, let's go with some form of authenticated vaccine passport!

no a vaccine passport has many problems and will lead to loss of rights. it will create a two tier society that excludes people like they did in Germany. people don't want to have to show their papers even if they are vaccinated that is pure evil. i would move out of mass. if businesses use passports i have no sympathy for what happens to them. it will create violence like you have never seen.

its a civil rights violation. you are the enemy of the united states if you want a passport did we not learn from nazi Germany? i guess not. i think anyone that is for a vaccine passport should lose their rights.

I will not be getting a vaccine. people are getting paralyzed from the vaccine. no thanks.

forcing others to do something is wrong and immoral. The vaccine is still experimental and has not passed full approval by FDA.

look what happened in 1976 with the swine flu vaccine and many people were killed or injured. I guess that's the price we have to pay. You are ok with people getting injured or killed. A person can not be compensated for damages. any politician that is for vaccine passports i think should be tried in court and hung for crimes against humanity.
