Good find.

It's basically just more suburban sprawl development (box stores, single pad retail, etc.), but good to know it's being filled in.

This happened back in Summer 2019, but here are the plans for a new city hall/central library mix.

As a former librarian, I'm not a fan of combining the city hall and central library. Sharing parking, yes, but I think the library should be a stand-alone building. When something like this is done, invariably the library loses out.

Personally, I don't mind it... but it depends on the orientation.

I think it would be better for the central library to face Lancaster while the new city hall faces the old city hall, which I would hope they tear down and leave space for a new tower or other developments, tbh.

Wow, thanks appreciate you doing this. Looks like it will be an excellent addition when built out

Wow! In a surprise development it looks like Meacham airport will be getting commercial flights again from a new low-cost carrier by 2021!

Unless you have a source that I haven't seen, I think that's pretty far from confirmed. Commercial passenger service at Meacham in 2021 is going to be a pretty tall order given the lack of infrastructure to handle it.
