(Fingers crossed for a high-rise hotel)
It would have pretty good height with a parking garage on the base floor, hotel rooms, and then an added condo component. That’s a pretty big lot I might add.

Another thing to keep in mind is that it's right next to the tallest residential building in town... some of them may not want to have their view blocked... so chances are, one side of the building would have to be pretty tall and thin to preserve that.

The width would likely be facing north instead of west because as you stated many of the folks in the Tower will not want there view blocked.

South... Because the North side of that block would block Sundance.

And rendering of the Cadillac Lofts on the corner of Lancaster and Main in downtown.

Can't be upset with this since it's pretty much the same design as it was some years back...

(Proposed) Everly Plaza Apartments on 1821 8th Ave, from Saigebrook Development.

Could kick start development to fill the gap between Near Southside and TCU on 8th/McCart.

This project needs to be scraped all together. If your not going to go vertical in the core then just leave it as is. Buildings like this are more suited for West and 7th and near southside. That building looks out of place now.

They might as well just focus on just building near southside up and leave downtown alone if the plan is not to go vertical. Wood frame developments have no place downtown. Seriously we need to some real leadership in this town.
