Agreed. While it would have been an attractive draw for potential corporate relocations, I like the idea of it being Fort Worth's new City Hall. The building makes a grand and elegant statement.

It gives other spaces an opportunity for Class A office space, new or existing.

A large company moving in from the east or west coast would own Fort Worth right now! Most of the legacy companies in area are down right now or gone.

We do still have American Airlines... even if it is on the very northwestern edge of town.

Given the circumstances and SEVERAL spaces available, I would say we'll get our chance.

Gross....I hope it doesn’t look like that rendering. That’s an eyesore. They should just scrape the whole project. I would rather just wait until things pick up again.

That's just a base model, not the final rendering.

COVID really knocked this project down.
