Tonight we are having shrimp and roasted red pepper quesadillas, shrimp in a red tomato and green pepper gravy over polenta, and lemon sorbet for dessert. If there are any butter cookies left, I will crumble them over the sorbet. (I won't count on it though. Between my husband and father-in-law; they may have polished off the lot).
Salmon burger with slices of cheese, after cooked on Optigrill, onion and tomato on a toasted Brioche bun. Sides of fries and onion rings. The rest of my Coca Cola.
