This evening I had cucumber slices with blue cheese dip, Marie’s Chunky Blue Cheese dressing, baked sweet potato, and steamed broccoli. I was going to have a small serving of the amazing beef stew that I bought from the tiny Italian deli down the road, but I was full.

Dinner was a bowl of Italian garbanzo bean soup, a mixed salad with Bleu cheese and nutritional yeast dressing, crusty bread and a glass of chianti classico.

Tonight with friends we are celebrating a few November birthdays,a tradition since years.We will have caviar pie,smoked salmon, toasted baguette and Champagne .For dessert Neapolitan Torte with a cup of black coffee.
