Well tonight is what’s called week in review. We have so many leftovers that we decided to make a meal out of them. And that won’t even use them all up! There’s steak and a piece of fried chicken that will get left behind.
Food is not a real concern for me at the moment... I had and enjoyed a simple throwback sandwich. A fried potato sandwich dressed with jalapenos and onions. Cut tomatoes on the side.
