Swiss burger on toasted pumpernickel with beet and carrot slaw and a moonshine pickle (gift from a client of my husband) - they are quite good.

last night I picked up a rotisserie chicken from the store and made a big salad with some of the chicken. I had chopped romaine, crumbled gorgonzola, black olives, chick peas and croutons. Made my own creamy homey balsamic dressing. tonight I am making lamb chops for hubby and I may have 2 hot dogs. not sure on the sides yet.
